Despite improved reliability over time, these machines are prone to complex responses in certain aerodynamic conditions including, but not limited to, settling with power (vortex ring state), retreating blade stall, ground resonance, dynamic rollover, low-g conditions and mast bumping, low rotor rpm and blade stall, loss of tail rotor effectiveness etc.
