A strong delegation from the Institute of Space Technology comprising students and officials participated in the Finland-Pakistan Business Forum held today at the Marriott Hotel, Islamabad.
Key highlights included a productive exchange between Mr. Ahmer Rafi (Head, IST Business Incubation Center) & Mr. Malik Haider (IST student & member PM’s National Youth Council) with Mr. Wille Erola, Consul General of Finland to Pakistan. Their discussion centered around expanding international exposure for IST’s student startups and innovation ecosystem.
Mr. Malik Haider was also invited as a panelist in a panel discussion sponsored by Nokia at the forum. The students also had the honor of engaging with Mr. Jamal Khan, Minister of Commerce, in a special meetup. The minister was all praise for our students for participating in large numbers in such a forum.
