In order to keep pace with growing modern world, IST leaves no stone unturned to bring best to the surface by providing cutting edge domains of technology. One of the best approaches we have here is: the constant urge of making our students’ not only good engineers’ rather great human beings as well. The core emphasis is on enhancing leadership qualities of students so that when they step outside the premises of institution, they have some value to add in the society. We aim at inculcating humane and leadership qualities in our students. In order to understand the significance of humanity, a lecture on "how can we become better human beings" was arranged on 27 April 2022 by guest speaker Dr Inam Ur Rahman, Sitara-e-Imtiaz, Aizaz-e-Kamal.
