Before the commencement of classes in each semester students are required to register themselves for the semester. Registration encompasses approval of courses from respective academic advisors and payment of fees. A student shall not be considered to have been registered for the semester unless the fees have been paid.

It is a prerequisite for students to submit their ID/Form B with the Admissions Office at the time of admission and to undertake the Institute Code of Conduct.

Important

• Applications should be sent through the pre-paid return envelopes provided in the admission package through TCS
• Applications received by the Admissions Office will be acknowledged through IST website www.ist.edu.pk the same day
• An application for admission shall not be considered unless submitted on the prescribed form and completed as required
• The merit and waiting lists will also be posted on the website and admission letters to the successful applicants will be issued
• Applicants who fail to report for registration on the specified date shall be considered to have forfeited their chance for admission
• Original certificates of all examinations must be produced at the time of registration
• If any document received is later found to be false or forged the applicant shall not be considered for admission, and if already a student at the Institute, he shall immediately be expelled

In case of cancellation of admission/suspension from the Institute, admission fee and other dues shall not be refunded The Institute Board of Studies reserves the right to cancel or refuse admission to any applicant without assigning any reason
