IST Students meet Nobel Laureates |

| Recently, Moazam Maqsood (CSE) and Abdul Wahab (Aero) had the privilege to meet Nobel Laureates at a special session organized by PINSTECH at a local hotel in Islamabad. The session was held with the joint collaboration of PSF, PAEC, MoST and HEC. Among the reputed speakers were Dr Ti Gooh (Particle Physics), Dr Gauver (Solid State/Bio Physics) and Dr Charles Towns (the inventor of LASER), who shared their experiences with the students. They discussed in length the study, research & the motivation which led them to receive the most distinguished award in the world. They encouraged the students to pursue Research and Development, the key to success in any field. In the end, they entered into a healthy Q&A session with the audience comprising of students from various backgrounds. |
