Information Resource CenterIST Information Resource Centre is integrated with digital technology and electronic information resources. There is an active and continuous development program for the IST IRC. It has a dynamic collection of books, journals, magazines related to the two disciplines and are supplemented by the availability of a xeroxing facility. The core design, furniture and general decor contribute to the formation of an intellectual environment that attracts students to study with concentration. General CollectionIST has a collection of more than 4000 current editions of books on every subject that is relevant to the courses taught at the institute. Moreover, a balanced collection of books on Islam and other disciplines are available. Reference SectionThe reference section has over 600 reference books, journals, handbooks, encyclopedia, etc. PeriodicalsIRC is currently subscribing more than 36 periodicals to meet the requirements of researcher, faculty and students. Audio Visual CollectionAudio-visual material is considered an essential medium of instruction. IRC has a collection of videos and related audio/video devices. Online ResourcesTo enrich the library collection with latest online resources available through Internet, certain professional publications from AIAA, ACM, ASME and IEEE are also accessible.
