- The candidates wishing to apply for the above mentioned posts are advised to carefully read the given details to ascertain their eligibility status and follow the application guidelines available on our website
- On selection, a progressive career and attractive pay package and fringe benefits like pick & drop, Comprehensive Medical Package and various allowances would be offered
- Only short listed candidates as per merit would be called for written test & interview
- Compliance to eligibility criteria for any post does not guarantee short listing for written test / interview
- If a large number of applications are received for any post then only the best suitable candidates would be called for written test / interview

- Completely filled Application Forms along with detail updated CVs, attested photocopies of the degrees, final transcripts, certificates, final marks sheets from matric onwards, CNIC, recent passport size photograph, all other particular documents required to support the candidate’s eligibility for the applied post and postal order / pay order / draft of Rs. 100/- in favour of IST should be sent to the address mentioned below
- Ex-armed forces personnel should also submit attested photocopies of their armed forces discharge certificate / release / retirement order along with their application forms
- All posts are Islamabad based. The post of Junior Executive-III (Administration) (SPS-5) includes vacancies based at Islamabad and Karachi. Please indicate your preference on the Application Form.
- Test & Interview for all the posts mentioned above will be conducted only at IST, Islamabad
- Applications which are not submitted on the prescribed Application Form (Administrative posts), applications submitted without complete academic, experience and other particular documents required to support the candidate’s eligibility for the applied post would not be processed further / considered
- Only those applications will be entertained / considered for short listing for test / interview which have been received at the address mentioned below on or before the closing date of application.
- Applications sent through e mail would not be processed further / considered
- Please mark on the right hand side of the envelope, the position applied for
- TA / DA will not be admissible for appearing in the test / interview
- IST reserves the right to reject any or all of the applications received for the posts without assigning any reason
