a. SUPARCO SPONSORSHIP
SUPARCO’s sponsorship will be given to the selected students of IST for subsequent induction in SUPARCO. The sponsorship will entail 100%/50% waiver of tuition fee, as per laid down criteria. On successful completion of engineering degree, the individual will be inducted in SUPARCO as Assistant Manager in SPS-8 pay scale and will be required to serve in SUPARCO for a minimum period of five years. Details can be obtained from the admissions office.
b. QUAID-E-AZAM MERIT SCHOLARSHIP
Quaid-e-Azam scholarship will be to the extent of exemption of 100% tuition fee or award of Rs 40,000/- per semester. This scholarship will be given to the top students qualifying the following conditions in both Aerospace and Communication Systems Engineering:
· For the first semester, the student should be in the top (1st) position of the merit list, excluding the students who have been sponsored by various organizations.
· For subsequent semester(s) the student will not only have to be in the top (1st) position holder of the class (excluding sponsored students) but would also require to maintain a minimum semester and cumulative GPA of 2.4.
c. ALLAMA IQBAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIP
AI scholarship will be to the extent of exemption of 50% tuition fee or award of Rs 20,000/- per semester. This scholarship will be given to the students qualifying the following conditions in both Aerospace and Communication Systems Engineering:
· For the first semester, the student should be in the top four (4) of the merit list, excluding the students who have been sponsored by various organizations.
· For subsequent semester (s) the student will not only have to be in the top four (4) of the class (excluding sponsored students) but would also require to maintain a minimum semester and cumulative GPA of 2.4.
d. SUPARCO’s MERIT SCHOLARSHIP
SUPARCO’s scholarship will be to the extent of exemption of 25% tuition fee or award of Rs 10,000/- per semester. This scholarship will be given to the students qualifying the following conditions in both Aerospace and Communication Systems Engineering:
· For the first semester, five students in the merit list between 6 and 10, excluding the students who have been sponsored by various organizations.
· For subsequent semester (s) the student will not only have to be in the merit list between 6 and 10 (excluding sponsored students) but would also require to maintain a minimum semester and cumulative GPA of 2.4 |
