Project Evaluation

Evaluation Phase I - Written Report
Reports (No more than 20 pages) submitted by student/ participant will carry 40% weightage of the final score. A panel of academicians from various leading universities will assess the final reports. The percentage breakdown for the Phase I is as under:

  1. Conformance with the proposal (20%)
  2. Degree of innovation (40%)
  3. Application of digital technologies/software (40%)
Evaluation Phase II - Project Presentation
Project presentations/demos on the final day of the event will carry 60% of the score. Panel of Judges from industry and academia will evaluate the project with following breakdown..
  1. Potential Impact on local industry and economy (70%)
  2. Presentation (30%)
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded in following two categories.
  1. Digital Innovation
  2. Industrial Application
A cash prize will be awarded to a winning team in each category.
A cash prize will be awarded to a runner-up team in each category.
All the participants will be given certificates of participation.
